Vegan Lemon Poppyseed muffins…. I mean who doesn’t like them? So I felt like I didn’t want to wait for spring and summer for these and I love having a warm muffin in the mornings with my tea. So, here I am sharing with you my version of a lemon poppyseed muffin. It soft, moist, delious and most importantly they are of course vegan.
Just a few tips, these can be made in a muffin pan, mini loaf pan and a regular sized loft pan just be prepared to bake them a little longer in the larger loft pan (i.e. 50-60 mins). I hope you enjoyed todays recipes and I will see you guys for tomorrows post.
