I think its pretty safe to say that I am a little obsessed with snickerdoodles. So today we will be making one of my favorite go to drinks. A vegan snickerdoodle cookie drink. If you like cinnamon drinks or cinnamon anything then this is the recipe for you. It is easy and quick to make. Especially if you make the cinnamon dolce syrup ahead of time (you can store the syrup for up to a week).
