Vegan Guava Pastry (VegMas2020 Day 12)

This is the final day of my VegMas2020 recipe series. I am kind of sad to see it end. I can’t wait until next year to do it again. Anyway, todays video I will be making a favorite of mine. A vegan guava pastry (back home we call them pastelitos). I remember eating these all time.

This recipe calls for using a vegan puff pastry. You can find vegan friendly ones at most grocery stores. But, if you are like me and a major control freak and you want to know what is in your pastry then I’ve got you covered.
